Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is looking to appoint a Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver an agreed target from our corporate accounts by driving forward income generating partnerships. This is an exciting time for a talented Account Manager or existing Corporate Partnerships Manager to join Rainbow Trust’s Corporate Team, to achieve great results with and through people. Relationship building and persuasive sales ability will be recognised in our high-performing organisation. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, your main focus will be the account management of a portfolio of our charity of the year accounts, along with leading on the charities’ annual corporate events and campaigns.
You will build and nurture relationships with current partners, seek opportunities to increase income and commitment from all areas of the business, with a view to retaining support beyond the agreed partnership length. Adaptable and proactive, you will be an influential communicator who enjoys inspiring and collaborating with others. A confident and compelling public speaker, your ability to develop and sell in creative ideas to a variety of audiences both internally and externally will see you meet and exceed your targets.
Naturally warm and enthusiastic, you will thrive working on multiple projects and achieving success by engaging the commitment of others. Educated to at least A Level you will have a proven track record of successful account management, either within the third sector or Corporate sector. Providing high quality account management, you will have a sincere appreciation of people, linking their needs and motivations to team goals.
You will have a demonstrable reputation for driving income and delivering results. Applications will be particularly welcome from those with pitching and proposal writing experience. Strong networking and presentation skills will support your motivational leadership style. Confident use of MS Office will be essential to the successful candidate.
