By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Prize Draw Dates, Restrictions and Method of Entry

  1. 1. The prize draw is run by Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity (Registered Charity No.1070532) who can be contacted via [email protected]
  2. 2. The prize draw opens for entries at 12:00 on 21/05/2024.
  3. 3. The prize draw closes for entries at 23:59 on 18/07/2024.
  4. 4. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to have read the prize draw Terms and Conditions prior to or at the time of entry, and entry into the Competition will be treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. 5. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees or trustees of Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and their related parties and any third parties directly associated with the administration of the draw.
  6. 6. The draw will take place on Friday 19 July 2024 at Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity office in Leatherhead. The winner will be picked using a random number generator.


Requirements for Valid Entry, Prizes and Judging

  1. 7. Entries must be submitted by completing the entry form. Incomplete entries will not be valid and will not be submitted into the draw.
  2. 8. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be entered into the draw.
  3. 9. The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date. The winner will be contacted within 4 days of the draw by phone/email.
  4. 10. The winner will have 4 days from the date they are contacted to claim their prize, after which time a re-draw will take place and the prize will be allocated to a new winner.
  5. 11. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries. If an entry is incomplete, it will not be valid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
  6. 12. There will be one winner, who will receive set of Weekend and Camping Tickets for CarFest 2024, with a recommended retail value of £588.
  7. 13. A set of Weekend and Camping Tickets includes 2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets.
  8. 14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Rainbow Trust reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Rainbow Trust’s control make it necessary to do so.
  9. 15. The winner is responsible for any costs and expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those which are expressly stated to be included.
  10. 16. The winner will receive tickets via email.
  11. 17. Rainbow Trust reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Rainbow Trust’s decision is final and binding on the entrants and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this prize draw.


Copyright, Publicity and Your Details

  1. 18. Participants agree and accept that through this prize draw they are signing up with their details.
  2. 19. We will use your personal data to process your entry and to contact you regarding it and about our work. For further details about how we use your personal data, please refer to Rainbow Trust’s Privacy Policy. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
  3. 20. Rainbow Trust accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss suffered by any participant or any third party in relation to the prize draw or for any participant-generated content relating thereto or otherwise.
  4. 21. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity, which may include interviews, photographs and/or filming. The winner’s name will be announced on our website and by email to other participants following the draw.
