Rainbow Trust Children's Charity is the charity partner for the 2025 Farnborough Half Marathon

England’s biggest and best Winter half-marathon will be back on Sunday 9th February 2025. So get ready for a new year of running.

Entirely traffic free, the Farnborough half is not only the first major half marathon of the year it is also one of the flattest, fastest routes in the South.

The Farnborough Winter Half Marathon is the coolest race in the UK. In 2023 it lived up to that billing: the temperatures dropped to -6C just before the start, the toilets froze and drinks station teams had to literally break the ice to serve water to passing runners. The one big upside was that the cool conditions were good for running and as no one wanted to stay on the course longer than they had to, times were quick!
