This is an external survey for families with a seriously ill child to hear directly from you about your situation and feelings. We ask for your views to help us understand the issues, what needs to improve to help and to represent your views to decision makers and improve our fundraising messages.

This survey aims to hear about how families with a seriously child are impacted by feelings of isolation and loneliness in various spheres such as within their social circles, workplaces and in educational settings. The responses to this survey will be used to inform our new report which will be launched later on in the year.

This is a relatively short survey with only 8 questions and should take no more than 3 minutes to complete.
