P&G Brooklands to raise funds to help families with terminally ill children

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity has been selected as the P&G Brooklands site local charity of the Year - the organisation aims to raise as much as possible throughout the partnership through charity sales, silent auctions and other on site activities.

The company, which produces brands such as including Pampers, Gillette and Fairy has committed its local onsite fundraising efforts to help the charity. Rainbow Trust will help to fundraise, increase awareness and engage with employees across the year in a bid to raise vital funds to help support more families in Surrey with a life threatened or terminally ill child.

Aimee Goldsmith, Communications Director, Northern Europe, said:

We are so pleased to be supporting Rainbow Trust as part of our local fundraising efforts here at Brooklands. It’s our opportunity and responsibility to serve the communities in which we live and work. Rainbow Trust do incredibly important work for local families in Surrey and we look forward to supporting them across the year.

Emma Haines, Director of Marketing and Fundraising, said:

“We are absolutely delighted to have been selected as P&G Brooklands local Charity of the Year. The partnership will have a huge impact for Rainbow Trust, enabling us to support more families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.”
