Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity has once again been named as one of the Top 100 Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For, achieving the accolade for the 5th year running!

We have taken 60th place on the list – 15 places higher than our previous ranking of 75th in 2015.

The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies listings, incorporating the best 100 Not-For-Profit Organisations, have been firmly established as a benchmark for workplace excellence across a broad spectrum of business sectors.

Rainbow Trust’s CEO, Heather Wood said, “At Rainbow Trust our staff are our most important asset and we are delighted that this has been acknowledged by the Sunday Times’ prestigious not-for-profit ranking for the fifth year running.
