Regular Giving By SMS

Helping Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity with a regular monthly gift of £3.00, paid via your mobile phone is a subscription service. Every month you’ll receive a free text message the day before your gift is due, as a reminder. If you’re happy to give, you don’t need to do anything and you’ll be charged £3.00, or you can choose to skip a month by replying as requested.

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity will receive 98% of the donation that you give from your network provider. The remaining 2% is a fee levied by the payment provider. By using this service, you agree that we may text you on your mobile in the future. We will also tell you about fundraising and other work that Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity does. If you’d rather we didn’t please call us on 01372 220083 or email us with your mobile phone number to [email protected]. You can also request no further SMS messages by texting NOSMS RT to 78866.This SMS service is being provided for Rainbow Trust by Cymba Integrated Solutions Ltd, 110 Gloucester Ave, London NW1 8HX.

We hope that you won’t cancel your gift and that you’ll use the SKIP system if you decide not to give in a particular month. However, if you want to end your gifts, you can text STOP to 70111 to stop your donations completely. If you’d like to talk to us about giving by another method or about our work, please call on 01372 220083.

We want you to see how your gifts are helping families with a seriously ill child, so we’ll send you regular updates on our work. You might also receive videos and other useful content that you can view on an internet-enabled phone or your computer. We won’t charge you for this content but, as with any mobile browsing, viewing it could mean you incur charges from your network provider.
