Laura joined the Rainbow Trust as a trustee in November 2023.
She is currently Head of Direct Lending at Federated Hermes Limited, managing funds providing loans to SMEs in Northern Europe. Laura has over 15 years’ experience in the analysis and management of loans to SMEs and large corporates. Previous experience includes the lending businesses of GE Capital, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Allied Irish Banks. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College Dublin, in Ireland, and is also a CFA® charterholder.
Laura lives in London with her husband and two children.
