Richard joined Rainbow Trust as a Trustee in July 2023 and is member of the Fundraising Committee.
He began his career as a private equity and finance lawyer at Allen & Overy and Macfarlanes. Having been made a Partner at Macfarlanes in 2008, Richard left the law in 2012 to build a business with his wife, Sophie. A decade on, Richard is a senior advisor to individuals, families and a small number of global family offices, focusing primarily on high value real estate. He is the co-founder and CEO of RFR, a leading private client advisory firm and a senior advisor to Lennox Investment Management LLP.
Richard lives in London with his wife and their two boys. They are committed Spurs fans (through the good and bad) and never far from a sports pitch whether watching, coaching or playing!
